By submitting Your Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the App so that it can power features like spot pages and community photos. You can delete Your Content at any time by deleting your account.
Don't upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't impersonate businesses or owners. Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The App's spot descriptions and owner stories are curated but may be out of date. We make no warranty that any spot is open, accurate, or operating as described.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
